About Me
- colin and brooke thompson
- est. august 9 2001 We are currently in Fair Oaks, California. We have three kiddies - Nixon who is 5, Mazzy who is 3, and baby Oliver. Our lives now are all about them and trying our hardest to teach, support, and raise them as well as we can. Colin is enjoying his decorative concrete and design business. We would really like to eventually build homes and have some interior design centers. I am at home with the little ones, but would love to get back into massage and maybe go back to school soon. We love this adventure together and have really been enjoying life quite a bit even with it's ups and downs.

We miss you guys! Come out and play~ Noelle has been asking to play with the kids all week. It's been kind of a boring week full of packing moving boxes. Can we schedule a day-out this week? Cute hair cut by the way. It makes him look so grown up~

I am sorry I didn't get to see you while we were out...luckily there will be plenty of time for that in the future!! We DID NOT end up with the home in Elk Grove. It was a little further away then Chris wanted to drive, and we just weren't 100% on it. About a half hour before we were to return our rental car and head to the airport, we got an email from a friend of a friend about a home in Arco. We quickly decided to check it out, but really had no intentions of jumping into anything. The neighborhood is a little older, more established. The homes were probably built in the 50's...they call it 'the garden of the gods'... Do you know the area I am talking about? We both loved it and felt like it was perfect for us. The rent is going to be a steal ($1200.00), it has 3 bedrooms, a fenced yard, and our landlords are the nicest people. I am so glad we didn't take the one in elk grove...although it was a newer, bigger, beautiful home...both Chris and I felt so good about the decision we made. We are planning on coming in town over labor day weekend...we'll have to get together sometime soon. I keep telling people I have family out there...I guess you're not really, but I keep claiming you as such. Talk to you soon!!
